Appointment Policy

Make sure you arrive on time so you can receive the full treatment session. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling, as we aim to complete your session within the allotted time. For detailed fee information, refer to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No-Show Policy

At Posh Aesthetics and Wellness, we enforce a 48-hour Cancellation/No-Show Policy to accommodate all guests promptly and respect our providers’ schedules. If you cancel within 48 hours or do not show up, the following fees will be charged to the credit card on file:

Injection/Medical Appointments:

• 15 minutes – $50
• 30-59 minutes – $100
• 60+ minutes – $150

Skin Health Appointments:

• Skin Consultations – $30
• Any Skin Health Service – $50

After three no-shows or late cancellations, full prepayment for future services will be required when booking. This prepayment is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. However, if you reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, the prepayment will be credited toward future services at Posh Aesthetics and Wellness.

We respect our providers’ time, as they often have a significant waiting list and are booked weeks to months in advance. Cancellations at the last minute prevent us from filling those slots. Thank you for understanding our cancellation policy, which allows us to continue providing exceptional service and valuing our team members’ time.

You agree to our cancellation/no-show policy when scheduling an appointment.

Refund Policy

Any services rendered cannot be refunded. Aesthetic results vary by individual, so while we strive to achieve desired results, we cannot guarantee them. Additional treatments required to achieve desired results are the responsibility of the client.

Retail: No refunds are given for products purchased. In the event that a product is defective, it can be exchanged for the same product within 14 days.

Gift Certificates: No refunds are available on gift certificate purchases.
